This was a really fun piece to scan. I had to work fast as some of these objects would move between images. I used a cross polarised ring flash with a 26mpx camera. They were reconstructed in Realitycapture where I also work with a laptop onsite and feed in low-res JPGs to align in the software. This ensures I know the photo set will align and I'm not missing any areas.

‘That’s me with my thyroid sickness cut on my throat. With my pretty dress and top. And Candy the dog and the pussycat too. I love Candy the dog. She used to come every day with me to the art room. She was first Dulcie’s dog but she just started loving me. She was really good company. When I got sick, Candy was always there like a good friend, always by my side.’
